User agreement

General terms for users and visitors.
Using information services of Citycatalogue* is possible only if you are agree with the conditions described below.

A User means a natural or legal person placing any information on the Citycatalogue.
A visitor means a natural or legal person using any information posted on the page Citycatalogue.

This User Agreement governs the relationship between site Citycatalogue, which is a project owned by the HORS B.V. Company, located on the domains www.citycatalogue.ru (.com/.it/.de/.es/.nl/.fr) on the one side and the user of Citycatalogue on the other side.
User Agreement is a contract between the User / Visitor and the Company HORS BV and regulates the use of services by Citycatalogue visitors.

1. Service description (capability and use)

Citycatalogue offers to users services, for editing and deleting information about companies, organizations or institutions. Possible control for adding an information about their own company and / or distribution for rules its user group, as well as access to a wide range of online services. All existing at the moment services, any changes and / or adding new get under action of the present conditions.
The user understands and agrees that Citycatalogue does not bear the responsibility for any delays, failures, incorrect or untimely delivery, removal or not safety (personal) information.

2. User Liabilities

User must pass registration:
а) complete Registration form;
b) does not violate the general conditions
To use services of Citycatalogue , User agrees to provide accurate and reliable personal information stored on the issues proposed in the Registration Form, and maintain this information up to date. Если If the User gives the incorrect information or Citycatalogue has serious bases, hat the information entered by the User is incorrect, ncomplete or inexact, Citycatalogue has to suspend or cancel your registration and to give up to the User in use of the services \services (or their parts).
The user understands and accepts, that for the information placed for the general access, responsable that person who has placed this content. The placed information in any measure should not offend someone in any form and as to contain knowingly false or illegal data.
It is meant, that User, not Citycatalogue, is full responsible for that content, which was loaded, sent, transferred or otherwise made accessible by Citycatalogue. Citycatalogue attemps to check the placed content, but does not guarantee accuracy, completeness or quality of it.

After registration at Citycatalogue, User receives a login and the password for access to the personalized part of services Citycatalogue. The user bears the responsibility for safety of the login and the password, and also for everything, that will be made on Citycatalogue using of the given login and the password.

3. Restrictions of the Responsibility

User and Visitor understand and agree with following:

• You use all of Citycatalogue services on your own risk. Services are given "as is". Citycatalogue does not take up any responsibility, including for conformity of services to the purposes of the User and the Visitor;
• Citycatalogue does not guarantee, that services or information received with use of the site will correspond your requirements or expectations, and will be given continuously, quickly, reliably. Citycatalogue does not take the responsibility and does not give a guarantee, that the part of a content is not become outdated or erroneous, as our service is based on the information given by the third parties. Citycatalogue will make efforts on correction of mistakes and omissions in the shortest terms,
• Citycatalogue can not guarantee uninterrupted service for this site,
• despite the fact that Citycatalogue undertakes all efforts on protection of the given site and e-mail against viruses and any other objects which can have destroying or damaging properties, Citycatalogue does not give a guarantee for their absence.
• Citycatalogue does not bear the responsibility for consequences of use of the this site, also for any direct or indirect losses which have occurred because of: uses or impossibility of use of service; not authorized access to your communications;
• Under no circumstances Citycatalogue is liable for any indirect, incidental, unintentional injury, including loss of profits or loss data or business reputation, caused by the use of the site, site content or other materials that you or others may have access through the site, even if Citycatalogue did not warn or did not point out to the possibility of such damages.

4. Other conditions

Citycatalogue reserves the right for modification, addition or exception of any conditions and positions according to which services are offered on the site.
You should not use the site and its maintenance in the illegal purposes. Any information and materials received by you with using Citycatalogue, you can use under own discretion in exclusively legal purposes. Also you have no right to reproduce, change, publish, copy, distribute, transfer, show or sell any information, the software or the services received by this site, without written approval of Citycatalogue. The database, decorating, programs, texts and any intellectual property are property of Citycatalogue protected by the law.
All of this Agreement applicable Dutch law. You are agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts in settling all disputes arising from the use of the site.
